In case of maximum insurance coverage (Full Cover), the customer can pay in cash.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Driving licence: <\/h3>\n<div>The driver must hold a driving licence issued at least one year prior to the date of rental. Non EU drivers must present an international driving licence as well as their national driving licence.\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Minimum rental period: <\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>The minimum rental period is 24 hours. At the end of the agreed rental period, the renter shall be entitled to a 30 minute grace period to return the vehicle at no extra charge. Once the grace period expires, the renter shall be charged with an extra day\u2019s rent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Fines and violations: <\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><span>All fines and administrative penalties resulting from the driver's liability are fully borne by the renter. The renter is charged an additional 10\u20ac beyond the fine amount, in the event that we handle the fine payment on their behalf.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Insurance: <\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>All drivers authorised by Padou Rentals are covered against damages to the rented vehicle caused by fire, and also have third-party liability coverage for death, injury and material damages.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Collision damage waiver (CDW): <\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><span>The renter's liability for damage to the rented vehicle can be limited, provided that the Highway Code is not violated, to a minimum charge of 650\u20ac for categories A, AH, B, 800\u20ac for categories C, NAH, and 1000\u20ac for category E, by paying 6\u20ac, 8\u20ac, and 12\u20ac respectively per rental day, which is included in the initial price of each car. Theft of all or part of the car caused by the renter's negligence (e.g., leaving the key in the ignition or inside the car, or leaving the car unlocked) is not covered.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Incident administration fee:<\/h3>\n<div>In the case of an accident caused by the driver, the latter shall be charged a fee of \u20ac10. This amount is non-refundable.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Additional  driver(s):<\/h3>\n<div>The daily charge for every additional driver is \u20ac5.00.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Fuel policy:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>The customer receives the vehicle with a full tank of fuel and is required to return it with a full tank. Should the customer return the vehicle with a smaller quantity of fuel, then they shall be charged for the fuel that was consumed, while a \"Refuelling Service Charge\" will also be applied.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Refueling service charge:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>10.00<span>\u20ac<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Baby seats - Snow chains:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Only available by booking for a daily charge of 4<span>\u20ac<\/span> and 4<span>\u20ac<\/span>, respectively.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Changes to vehicle model:<\/h3>\n<div>The company reserves the right, depending on availability, to provide a different car model to that in the original reservation, which belongs to an equivalent or higher category.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Collection - Delivery:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Any collection\/delivery taking place outside of any Padou Rentals stations shall incur an additional charge of 10<span>\u20ac<\/span> within the city. If collection\/delivery takes place outside the city, there will be an additional charge of 0.50<span>\u20ac<\/span>\/km for categories A, AH, B, C, NAH and 1<span>\u20ac<\/span>\/km for category \u0395. The charge for any deliveries\/collections after hours is 20<span>\u20ac<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Across the border rentals:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Padou Rentals vehicles cannot be transferred across the borders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Ferry transport:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>This is only permitted with Padou Rentals' prior written consent. Any damages caused to the rented vehicle in transit shall not be covered by any insurance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Road assistance:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><span>In case of an accident or damage, free roadside assistance is provided by Padou Rentals.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Taxes:<\/h3>\n<div>All rates and charges in this brochure are subject to VAT.
