DRIVER
For vehicle groups Α, AH, Β, C, NAH the minimum driving age is 21 years and for all other groups 25 years.
If the driver is from a European Union country, then they must present a driving licence issued by their country of origin. If the driver is from outside the EU, then they must present an International Driving Permit as well as their national driving licence. In all circumstances, the driver must have held a valid driving licence for at least one year.
ON-LINE RESERVATIONS / CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS – CHARGES:
For all categories, the renter must present a credit or debit card in the driver’s name to cover the amounts related to the deposit and payment of the rental cost. In case of maximum insurance coverage (Full Cover), the customer can pay in cash.
COLLECTION
To collect the vehicle, the holder of the credit / debit card with which the reservation was made, and who will be registered as the driver, must be present.
MODIFY RESERVATION
Through our website at www.padourentals.gr you can modify / change your reservation. If you modify your reservation then a new price is calculated, depending on vehicle availability and current prices. Modifications cannot be made to the name of the renter, credit/debit card number for the vehicle group and the location where the vehicle is to be collected (our rental station). You will have to cancel your reservation and create another.
Two changes are permitted for each reservation.
CANCEL RESERVATION / NO-SHOW
For online reservations, if the cancellation is made up to 72 hours prior to the start of the lease, then the amount of the lease will be refunded to your credit/debit card. If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the start of the lease then the amount refunded to your card will be the cost of the reservation minus a late cancelation fee, which is 20€ plus VAT.
For reservations made within 72 hours of the start of the lease that are subsequently cancelled, then the amount refunded to your card will be the cost of the reservation minus a late cancelation fee of 20€ plus VAT.
If the renter is a no-show for collection of the car, then the amount refunded is the cost of the reservation minus the no-show fee, which is 25€ plus VAT.
If during the collection of the vehicle, the prospective renter does not meet the necessary driver’s qualifications for age and driving licence as stated in the General Rental Terms then the reservation will be cancelled. In this case, you will be refunded the amount of the reservation minus the late cancellation fee of 20€ plus VAT.
EARLY RETURN
If the renter wishes to return the vehicle before the expiry date of the lease, as this appears on the Rental Contract, there will be no refund.
AVAILABILITY
If we are unable to provide you with a car belonging to the group that you booked, we will make every effort to offer you a car in the next largest group, at no extra charge.
